SERVE up emerging tech 2023
Your Infocomm Media Club can play a part in building a society which is ready for the digital future. As tech ambassadors, members can excite and expose others to emerging technology. This can take the form of an assembly talk, informal exchanges with other CCAs, interactive booths/showcases or workshops.

We appreciate the enthusiastic participation from all the Infocomm Media Clubs. Here are the details of the prizes awarded:
- The first 30 Clubs that shared their talk or presentation have received $25 food delivery
e-vouchers.
- The first 15 Clubs that showcased their workshop, tech innovations, or booths have been awarded $50 food delivery e-vouchers.

Discover how Ngee Ann Secondary School’s Infocomm Technology (Media Production) Club partnered with VIVITA to conduct a Tech Saturday workshop. Six members from Bedok South Secondary School’s Infocomm Club conducted a Game Development Workshop using Scratch. They brought their cat sprites to life in a session that was not just educational but also entertaining for their lower secondary schoolmates. Jurongville Secondary School’s Infocomm Club gave an eye-opening introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) at library@harbourfront. Parents and their young children discovered the incredible world of AI while interacting with robots. Delve into the students’ unforgettable personal stories and meaningful reflections from conducting the workshop.
Robotics for all
Raffles Girls’ School’s Robotics Club conducted 3 different activities to raise awareness about robotics and Artificial Intelligence. This included an exciting cohort wide Hebocon workshop for Year 1 students where groups assembled scrappy robots using motors, wires and available resources. Take a look at the students’ creations!
When sustainability meets tech
Canberra Primary School’s Digital Artisans partnered with their Cub scouts to come up with robotics solutions to address sustainability issues. Find out how they used AI and Mbot2 in this meaningful project!
Playing games, showcasing Scratch
Corporation Primary School’s Infocomm Club had a Scratch Day Showcase involving presentations of projects by Primary 3 and 4 students. Find out how they ran their very own CCA festival for others to enjoy!

North Vista Primary School’s Infocomm and Innovation CCA put up an interactive booth at their school’s open house. Find out how they engaged visitors using Strawbees and used Scratch coding to share about the importance of financial literacy!

Dunman High School’s STEAM collective partnered with People’s Association Marine Parade Youth Network (MYPN) to hold a workshop where younger children in the community could learn about the affordances of technology.
